OUR CENTER

Kindred Nursing and Rehabilitation - Ygnacio Valley is located across the street from John Muir Medical Center – Walnut Creek Campus. We offer short-term rehabilitative as well as long-term care - a full range of medical, nursing, rehabilitation and social services to treat and support each of our patients and residents.

We have a wound physician that rounds weekly and a Namaste Care Program, designed to specifically meet the needs of hospice patients or those with advanced dementia or Alzheimer’s.

Though many of our patients go home after a few weeks, for those who are unable to return home right away, we provide safe, compassionate care in an environment that fosters independence and dignity.
