Overview
Ygnacio Valley Care Center is a 99-bed facility providing skilled nursing and rehabilitation therapy services to our residents. Our friendly, caring staff is eager to serve your needs during your stay with us whether it is for short-term rehabilitation, wound care or post-surgical care needs. We pride ourselves in positive outcomes. Our Social Service and Case Management professionals are here to assist the resident in returning to the highest level of function possible in the shortest possible time.
We have the professional interdisciplinary staff to meet your care needs in a small, home-like environment.
